Product Instructions
Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
If your mask becomes wet, dry it immediately — a dehumidifier works best, or allow it to air dry fully in the sun.
Do not microwave the mask if it is damp or wet.
Discontinue use if filling is leaking. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Not designed for us by infants, children or pets.
Place mask in a sealed bag and chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour; it is OK to leave longer. The mask will not freeze solid.
Use only in a clean microwave.
Never leave microwave unattended while heating.
Maximum heat time
700W - 35 seconds
1000W - 25 seconds
1200W - 20 seconds
Test temperature on your wrist before use.
Never heat a wet mask.
DO NOT OVERHEAT. Stop immediately if it smells scorched.
