Aside from producing the best wool on the planet (in our opinion) for use in our sleep products, our family values align beautifully.
Wisewool™ sources premium strong wool from selected farms in the Gisborne, NZ region. The fibre is then scoured (washed) to remove dirt, grease, and other impurities. Only natural detergents and a deodoriser are used, so no harsh chemicals are introduced to the wool.
Wisewool™ then adds its unique value through specialist machinery, enhancing the natural superpowers of pure wool to create soft, supportive, and resilient Cloud wool for our pillows and cushions, as well as needle-punched blanketing for our comforters.

The 200gsm 'Warm Room' is lighter — suited to milder rooms and warmer months. The 350gsm 'Cool Room' adds insulation for cold rooms and winter nights.
Both regulate temperature and breathe the same way. The weight simply sets how much warmth you start with — many homes keep one of each and switch with the seasons.
