Can I wear it all night?

Yes. The mask is designed for overnight comfort, with evenly balanced weight and breathable materials. If you prefer, you can also use it just while falling asleep and remove it later - it works both ways.

Will it put pressure on my eyes?

No. The shape is designed to sit around the eyes, not directly on them. The weight is distributed to create a gentle, calming feel without unwanted pressure.

Is it comfortable for side sleepers?
