Shipping Info

When We Ship 

Orders typically ship within 1 business day of being placed, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that it can sometimes take a little time for the carrier's system to update the initial scan. If you don't see any movement on your tracking link after 24 hours, reach out to us and we will look into it.

Rates & Destinations

  • Continental US: Shipping is always free.

  • Everywhere Else: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. If you don't see a shipping rate for your location, reach out to us and we will work it out.

Carriers & PO Boxes

We primarily ship via UPS Ground, but we may choose other carriers from time to time depending on the destination. We do ship to PO Boxes (these orders are handled via USPS).

Expedited Shipping

If expedited shipping is available for your location, the options and rates will be displayed at checkout. If you have a special shipping request or a hard deadline, just reach out to us directly.

A Note on Delays

We do everything on our end to get your order out the door immediately. However, once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times can occasionally be affected by severe weather, holidays, or network delays. We are always here to help, so if your delivery isn't meeting expectations, let us know.
